Simply type in a short description of your mood, or choose from our list of emotions and feelings to identify the one that best reflects your current moment. With these options, Moodflix ensures that any user, no matter how they express themselves, can receive recommendations that connect with their emotions.

Moodflix combines Google’s Gemini API and Vercel AI SDK to interpret the emotions in your text or the emotion you select, and then suggests movies based on this analysis. Plus, thanks to the integration with TMDB API, each recommendation includes the movie poster, rating, release year, and genres, creating a complete experience.
